Terrible Service

Placed order for delivery online, the webiste automatically selected a store being the Pinetown outlet and after almost an hour and half no delivery, I then receive a call from the store manager who tells me that they DO NOT deliver to my area and If I still wanted the order I would now need to pay an additional R60 for delivery. Please explain how do we go from not servicing an area to service delivery charge? I was also asked to provide my personal banking details over the phone in the event that I wanted a refund POPIA! Both the store manager and the owner know that error that has been occurring on the website for the past year and still nothing has been done about it. Customers place orders and make payment only to get a call to say sorry we cant help you.
