Terrible Pizza Hut Experience in Hatfield

I recently ordered a pizza from pizza hut in Pretoria Hatfield online at 19:54 on the 7 March 2019. The expected time of arrival was 20:30. Didn't receive any communication from the shop wheather they received my order or not. So I waited 20:30 arrived still no pizza keep in mind I stay 4 mins away from the shop. Then 20:45 still no feedback tried calling the shop no answer. 21:00 an hour later I gave up. Ordered something else from else where 21:10 get a call the the pizza has arrived. When I received it, it looked very dry like it's been sitting in the store for hours. Then my ordered drink of coke was missed up and they gave me coke zero. The pizza tasted horrible maybe because it was cold and felt like yesterday pizza. Really disappointed.
