Terrible Customer Service.

I ordered 3 Pizzas from the Carlswald branch and waited a hour for the delivery. On arrival only 2 Pizzas arrived. Both of them were incorrect flavors and sides. The next day I called the store to enquire what went wrong. The person I spoke to assisted me as if she was doing me a favor. Her communication skills were terrible. Moreover they could not have the food delivered to me as my order was for delivery. I arranged to fetch the correct order. The store failed to get the order correct. They gave me a chocolate pizza as an apology. It's not the first time that the store messed up. I would like the store manager to contact me.
