Terrible burnt pizza and bad service from area manager Vernan Govender

Terrible service . I ordered 2 pizzas from Shelly beach Pizza Hut yesterday night and they came out very very burnt .mand black on the top . I did mention this on my way out to the manager nxosi who is the night manager . I spoke to Vernan Govender who is apparently the area manager and he was so very rude . I asked him if he could pls replace the pizzas for me but he point blank refused . I also told him I didn’t have the receipt as I was not given a receipt and didn’t really bother as it was a pick up order as I placed the order on the phone .. I told him that I can show him the bank statement immediately of how much I spent on the pizzas . Pls could some one get back to me ASAP in this regard as this is unacceptable as there have been a lot of bad reviews and feed back on the burned pizzas .
