Staff incompetency

<p>I wanted to order for a third time from PIZZA HUT DURBANVILLE with yet another stupid counter opertor not listening to what i want. On answering the fone, she sounded like she had just woken up from a deep sleep. I had to repeat my telefone number at least 5 times and still it didnt register in her mind.</p> <p>Afterwhich i slammed the fone down getting ready to call the opposition, when somehow she got my number and called me back. With this, she asked me my details to which she also did not register what i said. I said i am on the system afterwhich she responded that i have to hold the line while she checks the computer. On this remark i told her to forget it.</p> <p>The first time i was also greeted with a ***** and after the umpteenth time repeating myself, i summoned a manager who very willingly processed my order.</p> <p>The idiots PIZZA HUT employs need to be taken back to school and be taught.</p> <p>The competition pizza chain is once said, order repeated and excecuted.</p> <p> </p> <p>PIZZA HUT has very far to go to get standards up and running as far as service is concerned.</p> <p>Once PIZZA HUT get staff who are able to understand what is said and asked of them, maybe then i shall return as a customer.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
