SO BAD

Very bad experience, i place an order paid with my credit card this morning at 11am, still waiting for my order it is now ( 13:57), after they have promised it will take about 45min

I phoned the numbers many times they have provided, ********** 104, the phone was busy for more then half an hour, i phoned again and then it rings and then they drop the phone i even called the call centre number on they website, very rude people cannot help you at all, i even send out emails for help and assistance, still no reply from one of them, i ask for the manager, manager refuse to speak to me. so well this is how they do business, shame i feel for the owner, because they messing up someone else`s business. this is horrible service, very very pathetic, call centre people that can`t even help , the names is Kethiwe Mtembu , Amanda Makele , and there was a guy and another woman, not even out of the 4 people could assist.
