Signet Terrace pizza hut

I placed an order on the 21/09/22 at 6.30 and spoke Amanda who advised my order will delivered by 7pm. No order received by 7.10pm so called and spoke to the manager Simon who said the order will be delivered in the next 5 mins. Nothing received by 7.30. Tried calling them but no luck. Never received my order. This is truly unacceptable as I am a regular customer. The special is good but if Pizza can't cope thy should have specials.
