Shocking Service Delivery!!!!!

Ordered pizzas for delivery and keep getting feedback that the driver forgot about the delivery. Next response is that the driver is 5 minutes out. 20 minutes goes by and the food is still not delivered. Shocking, unacceptable service delivery from a fast food company, 2 and a half hours and the food is still not delivered!! Honestly the worst delivery experience ever!! Will most certainly never support this franchise again. Just another service failure from one of the big fast food brands in SA!!!!!
