Shocking service and *** staff attitude

We waited 40 minutes for an order we placed at the restaurant itself. When I asked the staff where my order is I was told that a box standing on the counter for 10-15min was mine. I stated that I am not happy to accept an order thats been left out for that long and was told that it is still hot so I must take it. The staff became very unhelpful and I requested to get my money refunded. I was then told that refunds are not possible and that I cannot speak to a manager. They ended up making a new order for me, but I waited close on an hour for a very simple order. Pizza Hut Bedfordview will not see me again.
