Service delivery is bad

<p>I have ordered multiple times from Pizza Hut. I the first time I ordered, my order was delivered within 30 minutes which was very impressive, even though I got thick base pizza instead of thin base. </p> <p>As I ordered more and more, the delivery time increased each time. I have had to call twice to ask where our order was. This time I called to cancel my order as I was hungry and was making something else to eat, and the guy asked for 5 more minutes and dropped the phone on me. The order reached 1hour and 20 minutes later! And some of the bases were still thick and some didn't have toppings on almost half the pizza. I complained on their fb but no one has taken the effort to follow up. Not acceptable </p>
