Rude staff & bad service Pizza Hut New Market

The service received is despicable. The staff members are extremely rude. I ordered a creamy chicken pizza on their App. There were 2 pieces of chicken on the pizza. I had to drive to the store. The cashier started screaming and went to the back to speak to the Store Manager, and was referring to me as this woman. They continued with their own conversation and paid no attention whatsoever to me. I’ve been waiting for more than 20 minutes and no one has come to inform me on how long it will take for me to get my order. When dealing with customers Service Excellence should be priority of the staff, we bring revenue to this business irrespective of the amount of money spent on that order. Such service results in a loss of customers, and could lead to the store closing. If people cannot respect their job, they shouldn’t be employed. The Store Manager should be reprimanding the behaviour, but she chose to join in. Disgusting
