Ridiculous service

My son is crying cause after I told hom only 10 more minutes the pizza was said to be on the way 45min later still no pizza......in total I've been waiting 2hours and 40minutes for one flipping pizza to be delivered. And still no pizza. It is now 8:30...Never jad I had this bad experience EVER

Extremely disappointed in the service! I received a confirmation number online to confirm order At 5:50 which was then displayed as delivery time 6:30. I phoned at 6:30 to confirm whether the pizza was on the way as my children was getting quite cranky!!! It was confirmed that the order online was not successful and I made the order again via telephone with Angela(who was quite helpful). They said that i will receive an sms which did not happen so at 6:45 I phoned once again to be 100% sure. They assured me that the order is made! 7:50 I phoned again as it is almost 90min since my second telephonic order. They told me that the pizza is on it's way(next 15min) as they are busy which is understandable but 90min already. It is now just past 8pm and still no pizza. My child will be going to bed without pizza! Other than that, the phone kept dying so you also have to phone 3 times every time before a call is answered. Since my first unsuccessful order at 5:50 to 8:10 still no pizza. I will NEVER order from any Pizza hut again!!!! First and last. Don't even feel like receiving this pizza or eating or paying for it anymore should it arrive before I take my child to bed.
