Repetitive poor service

P8zza was not delivered from app 2 weeks ago ( wife ordered) and we had to fight to prove we paid. Ordered again with credit tonight. Pizza was supposed to be delivered at 19h00, now 20h51. How on earth does Pizza Hut still stay in business. This is not first bad experience with them. Will never order or eat food from them again, even if they offered it for free.
