Public hairs found in pizza

I found 3 strands of short hairs which looked like public hairs in the pizza that I purchased from Pizza Hut Northcliff. When I called in to complain, the lady on the phone just pretended that she could not hear me over the phone and then did not respond to me at all. This is highly disturbing and unhygienic.
