Poor Service

I am disgusted with their service First Rondebosch line were not connecting was unable to place order Second Kenilworth, placed order 07/03/2020 at 10:05 only to receive order at 12:57 not acceptable 1hr I can understand but almost 3hrs not acceptable. Then top it off card machine didn't work had to go out to draw money. I have never ever had to wait 3hrs for delivery
