Poor Service

I'm normally not someone who will take this to a social media platform but on the 22nd of April I ordered Pizza from Pizza Hut Boksburg, long story short my order was never delivered.... it is now the 12th of May and with constant back and forth regarding my refund and still nothing... very very frustrating especially from a well known organization. They blame their IT department however this isn't my problem. From an number of reviews clearly they aren't serious about customer satisfaction 🙄
