Poor Service and Quality of Pizza from Pizza Hut Emmarentia

I have shared my disappointing customer service and food received on Tuesday 6th September on the Pizza Hut customer survey online and gave my contact details but nobody has contacted me to date. This is what happened:

1. I ordered 2 x dinnertime fix through the call centre for the Emmarentia branch and also gave a validation code for the potato tots on 6th September 2022. 2. When the order arrived the potato tots were not there and we asked the driver and he said this is all he was given - the four pizzas. 3. I called the call centre and was transferred to the store. 4. The person I spoke to first denied that order 8851 was processed at Emmarentia. 5. Only when I told him I have a Emmarentia branch receipt, did he relent and admitted that order 8851 was processed at his store. 6. He was very evasive about the potato tots and then offered to send it THE NEXT DAY. 7. I refused and told him I am eating pizza for dinner now and he should send it immediately. 8. He promised to send it but as I post this 9 DAYS LATER I am still waiting. 9. As for the pizza, the Mexicana was unrecognisable. It was not spicy, and it did not have sufficient beef toppings. 10. It actually looked like a vegetarian pizza. 11. The Spicy Meat *****s was not spicy and was bland. 12. Only the Fiery Veg pizza was made to standard. 13. I will be hesitant to support this branch again after this fail. 14. I have also written to Pizza Hut customer survey but a week later they have not responded. I am led to believe they condone this behaviour and standard of food.
