Poor service

On the 27th of May I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut Klerksdorp. It took about 2hours before it was delivered. Ridiculously slow delivery with the driver blaming the shop and the shop blaming the driver. That same evening I sent a complaint to the customer care email. By the 31st I still have not heard anything back. I again sent an email which till this day has not been acknowledged or rep**** to. I have to presume that they are inundated with an overload of complaints. All proof of the extremely poor service that can be expected.
