Poor service

Worst experience of my life. Ordered 2 pizzas and a kid's meal at 17h02 on 30 April 2019. Received a call at 17h24 from the store to inform me that they had just received my order via email. By 18h14 no food had arrived so I called the store who informed me that the driver had already left with my order. By 18h30 I called again and was told they would call the driver. I called again 10 min later and was told that when my food arrived it was free. It is now 20h24 and still my food has not arrived. Highly disappointing. And there was no sincere apology from the store either.
