Poor, Poor delivery service time

Location: Centurion, Highveld - We ordered our food at 18:04pm - Received an email saying food will arrive at 18:45pm - That time came & went - I then searched and finally found the number for the branch - at 18:55pm, I called and the branch manager then said delivery will arrive in 15mins as they had many deliveries & only have one driver - That time came & went - Food only arrived at 19:32pm - We refused to pay and eat cold food that took over an hour to arrive - Please could Pizza Hut Centurion (Highveld) attend to this matter and provide feedback - Looking forward to hearing from you
