Poor Pizza hut

Waited around two hours for a pizza. Contact numbers did not work, went through head office, who to be fair did all they could to contact the store.

When I finally got hold of store they could not locate my order, and insisted their system doesn't allow them to see the online payments. He accordingly took my order again.

The pizzas arrived around 2 hours after my initial order. (5 mins later a further 2 pizzas arrived - when I tried to contact the store once again could jot get through).

Only reason this review is not 1 star is because of commendable work of head office, and eventually the manager who tried to navigate what seems to be a ridiculously unworkable system.
