Poor Pizza

Hi All, i purchased 2 large at Pizza hut N1 city on Saturday but it was disappointing. Usually Pizza hut has the best base and tasting pizza but these were totally over baked, hard and brown.

No sauce on the base even, just a drizzly. Very very dry. We dont live close to N1 city so by the time we got home and saw what was in the boxes it was too late and far to go back. I understand that it was extremely busy but that evening but some sort of quality check should be done to ensure you keep loyal customers. I took pictures if you need them.
