POOR MANAGEMENT

On Wednesday 16 December 2015 numerous customers had to be turned away as they did not have any cheese! Cheese had to be brought in from Welkom, a town more or less 200km away. Today I phoned at 10:10am to place an order, only to be told that they open at 10:00am when I told the employee that it was already 10:10am he seemed confused and said that they were still busy getting ready. When I then asked when they would be open he said that he doesn't know but I should try again at 10:30am. This is not good for the franchise at all!
