Poor customer support

I telephonically ordered 2 x large Margarita pizza with thick base.<br> Upon collection and payment I confirmed pizza was thick base. Senior cashier says that it is thin base. I said I ordered thick base. Cashier said that order will be corrected. I paid for goods and returned home with it. At home I find pizzas are thin base and no change was done to incorrectly supp**** order. Am greatly disappointed as this is the second incident at the same branch where thin base pizza were supp**** instead of thick base. Receipt no. 4833 -07 March 2016
