Poor Customer Service

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent several complaints through to the customer service e-mail address. I have received no reponse. Why have a customer service e-mail if you are not going to respond to customer complaints. Extremely poor "customer service" on top of the poor service received from the franchise.</p>
