Poor customer service

I ordered 2 pizzas online with Spring small. It took 1hr 15 to deliver which is not the main problem, problem is the shop then called after 1 HR to say Thier driver is stuck without petrol and when I asked how long it would take I was told I need to be patient, the. When the driver arrived he still has a attitude with me telling me I must come outside my shop to collect . He had no manners in creating or saying thank you or any sort... The pizza was then also cold .. our company buys regularly from this branch and this is the first time we had received such bad service.
