Pizzahut - go across the street to Dominos and learn about customer service!

Over the last couple of orders,theres ALWAYS something wrong - We order extra cheese and it doesn't get added on - we order cram crust, and don't get it,or it gets here ice cold.... And due to this being SA,I'm so ***ING tired of complaining,that I just leave it and take the ****ty service.

Today I'm done with Pizza Hut!

We order at 6PM (they are 10 min away btw) By nearly 7PM,we've yet to receive our pizza or get a call from a driver or pizza hut to explain why!

My wife finally calls and we get a hold of them - we're told that the driver left ages ago.. After having to walk up and wait at the gate,he finally pitches - with a smooshed up pizza ( looked like the box was on it's side the entire trip!) I took pictures off it btw,just incase it's disputed!

THIS time - we refused it and sent it back!

Done with bad service!

The manager apologized,after two calls to the store, and said that he will add in a desert pizza (which neither my wife or I like or eat to be frank) and that we won't wait that long again - that's 'nice' of him,BUT the service 4 out of 5 times is bad,or the order is wrong or driver takes 40mins - 1hr or the pizza is ice cold.

SAD FACT - this is probably the 4th time I'm complaining about Pizza Hut here,and everytime they make sure our order is ok (obviously they have a note on the system connected to our number or address!) but after 2 or 3 orders,it goes back to good old ****ty service and paying for something extra and not getting it.

Sick of it Pizza Hut SA!

(Daniel or David was 'nice' the last call,but that doesn't fix it guys!) Domino's just across the street from you : under 15mins from order to delivery,come rain or shine and it's always fresh, hot and EXACTLY what we ordered! Maybe send your guys there to learn how they do it!
