Pizza not delivered!

I placed an order for delievery on the pizza hut website and received a confirmation sms and email for the order at 6:45pm. It's 2 hours later and I not recieved my order nor has anyone tried to contact me.

I contacted the call center and spoke to an agent who tried to contact the branch manager and they suppose to call me. No calls were received. I made 4 calls to the call center and the lady indicated that the area manager will call me regarding my order and the store is unreachable.

Eventually, after 2 hours I get through to Pavillion Pizza Hut enquiring about the order. Firstly the guy states that he did not recieve my order and does not deliever to my area. Secondly , he eventually find my order and states that he cannot deliver as it was out of radius. Thirdly, he further went on to state that there's nothing he can do and the system was not updated and was not apologetic at all. They guys attitude was pathetic and when I asked to speak to the store manager, he claimed to be they manager.

I'm absolutely disgusted with the service and attitude of staff at pizza hut pavillion, there is no customer service given and now it 2 hours later and I have no food! The store did not even make contact me about the delievery issue. Pizza hut will definitely lose a loyal customer. This service is totally unacceptable and should not be tolerated!!!
