Pizza Hut Zevenwacht ultimate poor service

I called the Pizza Hut Zevenwacht store around 8pm to place an order. After talking to the cashier for about 2 minutes, I informed him that my phone was about to die, and asked if he would call me back. At 8:15pm he called back, and took the order. I told him that ill be there in 20min to collect, to which he agreed. When I got to the store at 8:35pm, I found the doors closed and entered the store. They mentioned that they were offline and were about to close. I mentioned that I’m here to collect my order. They asked if it was for the 2 large pizzas, to which I rep**** that no it was for the 3 medium combo. The lady cashier, who was counting money looked confused and asked her colleagues if they were aware of a telephonic collection order of this type. They all said no. There were 5 of them in the store at the time. Just then another gentleman entered the store and asked if he could get a large chicken and mushroom pizza. They then proceeded to take he’s money and started with he’s order. I on the other was still trying to determine who took my order, even showing the cashier the phone number of the store on my phone, including the time they called being 8:1115pm.

By then I was really getting agitated, as I need to be somewhere at 9pm, hence placing a collection order. This went on for about 10 min after which I question every one of the 3 males in the store, and all of them telling me that they didn’t take my order. The whole situation actually got me worked up, so much so that I asked the cashier to pull video footage of the call made at 8:15pm. She said she would just after she’d taken my order again. It was clear that 1 of these males were lying to me because now suddenly nobody knew who had called me at 8:15. I asked for the regional managers number, called but got her voicemail.

I then gave the order in again, left the store and told them that I’ll be back to pay and collect. I went to clicks a few store down that aisle and returned at 9:15pm, only to find the lights in the front of the store dimmed and the doors locked. At this point I saw movement in the back of the store and proceeded to knock on the door. The knocking continued for about 5 minutes eventually using my key to knock, as it sounded louder. The staff in the back of the store totally ignored. The management of Burger king across from them, then approached me to ask what was wrong. I explained to them that I have placed an order 25 min ago, and I’m here to collect. I then showed them from the outside window that there were people in the store and that they totally ignored me. I knocked in front of them and they could see that my experience was real. It was so bad that the individuals at times passed from the 1 end of the kitchen to the other end, gave a glimpse my way, but made as if they didn’t see me. Even the person in the kitchen that swept the floor saw me, but ignored my presence. I called the regional manager 2 times again and left a voicemail messages.

Eventually, knowing that I had a family to feed at home, I proceeded to Debonairs to place my order. By now it was nearly 9:30pm and I’ve been knocking nonstop. After receiving my order from them at 10pm, I proceeded past the store again. Again with the Debonairs boxes in my hand, tried again to get their attention. Eventually a gentlemen approached the door, showing me that it was locked and that he didn’t have the key, asked if I could come back the next day. This was the tip of the iceberg. COME BACK TOMORROW. Are you kidding me. I asked for he’s name and he refused to give it to me, turned around and went back to the kitchen area. I left really disappointed, not knowing where I stand. Not at 1 point did any of them apologised to me for the inconvenience. In fact it felt as if I was a nuisance.

I would really like to see the footage of that call. How can these people firstly lie to a customer, to my face, and then totally ignore me after I took the time to come in and re place my order. Such an inconvenience...
