Pizza Hut West Coast Horrible Delivery Service

I just recieved the worst service from Pizza Hut West Coast Village. One of their drivers came to deliver my order ***7. We stipulated that we would be paying cash on delivery but the driver had no change. He first asked if we want our change of like R60. We asked him what must happen, and he said that the store does not allow them to leave the store with cash. So we had to send him back to the shop with the pizza. The website does not stipulate that we need to have exact cash on hand for when drivers do deliveries. This was an extreme inconvenience to my day and time.
