The first time I use the app and they ***** my money - NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND. I have been told by an extremely rude man who refuses to identify himself as an owner, manager, whatever he might be who also thinks himself fit to lose his temper and shout at a female customer on the line rather than simply refunding me my money. Then he get his female cashiers to call me about the refund he told me he already "actioned" through head office and they, in turn, REFUSE to give me their names or contact details. DISGUSTING. This Tokai branch should be removed from the franchise owners immediately. And I? I still sit here without pizza or the money I paid for it.
