Pizza Hut Tokai- Disgusted

Called my order in and was told to collect within 15-20min. Nakw my way to the store to pay and wait for my meal.

4 customers walk in after me and order after me (you can tell they didn't call in as they where deciding on what to order. All 4 customers leave before me yet no communication from staff/manager all that is asked is can I have your slip.

To this point I can't wait any longer and ask to speak to a manager where the manager says to the staff member he can wait. At this point I asked the manager directly if I can speak to him. Only then does he come over.

I explained that I called in and now I'm waiting for over an hour and that 4 customers has left after me. To his response he says "SO"

Eventually got my money back. What scares me the most is that the delivery guy comes from a delivery and does not wash his hands and attends to cutting the pizza. There is no system in place as about 3 different staff member has opened up the exact same pizza box more than 3 times. I had to ask a manager to wear his mask correctly.

This is pretty scary during this pandemic. Head office is also useless as I called them and no response but you hear the staff having their own conversation in the background.
