Pizza Hut shameful service

Ordered from App, made payment on App, 2 hours later no delivery.

Called the branch (Mall of the South), and get conflicting stories. First they say the driver got stuck while on the way. Then on second call they say the delivery address is more than 5km away, so they cannot deliver.

Cancelled order and 7 days later still waiting for refund. Complained on their website, to date no one has called.
