Pizza Hut Sandhurst no delivery for 2 hours

I had placed an order at 6:45 PM 30th July 2015, It was for 2 Medium pizzas. <br> <br> The lady said it would be 30 minutes, After about 40 min I called and asked about my order her response was the driver has just left with the order. I dont stay far from there so its about a 10 min drive. <br> <br> By 8:20 PM still nothing arrived I called again, The lady said she is so sorry the driver is 5 min away. Once again <br> I waited for about 20 min. Only to call them where I said I wont pay for the order the lady spoke to the manager and she assured me it would be for free. Nothing arrived. <br> <br> This is absolutely disgusting service and they honestly couldn't care. They have all my contact details<br> <br> Pizza Hut Sandhurst contact details : ***
