Pizza Hut - Poor service delivery.

I posted a compliant last week, around time it takes for a pizza hut to deliver. They were kind enough to give a free pizza. And once again, I called in the order at 19:45 and it took them an hour to deliver the pizza. Come on - guys their delivery service is poor, I live 3.4km from the pizza hut and it still takes an hour to have a pizza delivered to me.
