Pizza Hut poor delivery service

Main call centre and the directed shop had no proper communication with each other. Waited close to 2 hrs for my food to arrive and when I contacted the relevant shop (Springs Mall), the attending staff member (Mbali), laughed me out when I notified her that I’m about to cancel the order. From such a big international brand, you would expect better service, instead of being laughed at. This is POOR SERVICE DELIVERY at it’s best. Anyone in this are, rather go to the family known shops and don’t waste your family time on a place like this
