Pizza Hut Pathetic Service

Pathetic Service, placed an order via their ******* app that took my payment whilst load shedding was going on.

I waited over an hour for my order to arrive to my door but nothing came through. I eventually took a drive to the store to see that they were experiencing load shedding.

Sent customer care an email and have been following up daily for a refund but my complaint is falling on deaf ears!!!!!!
