PIZZA HUT OVER CHARGED ME BY R500

I ordered a MyBox on the 6th of August 2020. The amount for the pizza was R58 or so, the waiter mistakenly charged me R500 extra over and above the R58. So he charged me around R558. He noticed his error and stated that they cannot refund me by using the petty cash and that they need to do a bank reversal which takes around 48hours. I was more than understanding as this was an innocent mistake. Guess what its a week later and I am still waiting for my refund, it is unacceptable how these guys keep mum, I have to call them and I get told that they processed the reversal but nothing noting is in my account. I am appalled by the level of professionalism from their accounts department. R500 is a lot of money.

The least they could do is call me, give me an update at every stage of the process BUT NOPE, NOT THEM. They are hanging onto my money, my hard-earned cash.
