Pizza Hut (N1 City) Bad Service

Pizza Hut (N1 City) is running a special on a small pizza with a 500ml soda drink. This can be placed online, which was extremely user friendly and fast. The issue came in when we had to wait an hour for our order, and when receiving the order we never received the 500ml soda drink. Instead we received 330ml fruit juices. The website never advised that Pizza Hut is waiting on soda drink delivery and we were not contacted to be advised. When we contacted Pizza Hut (N1 City) and spoke to the manager (14-Jan-2020 @ 13H17) the manager said that they are waiting on their cold drink delivery. When we asked him why is it not stipulated on the website, he advised that their branch in JHB updates the website and there is nothing they can do. When asking him why did no one contact us, he had no answer.

Not happy with the service received from Pizza Hut (N1 City) and all 5 of us will not be ordering from them again.
