Pizza Hut Manager Attacks Client

Good day, we ordered take away from the branch in Highveld Centurion prior to the 23rd December 2015, we lodged a complaint directly to the branch via email and phoned to resolve our complaint with regards to the order. The day of the 23rd of December 2015 between 10:00 and 11:00 we were in the vicinity, I took this opportunity to go the branch to follow up on our complaint and resolve the matter by trying to get the area manager's telephone number to escalate the matter. I spoke to the branch manager, the conversation turned into provocation from both parties' witch led to him attacking me, I was stabbed in the forehead by either a pen or a key. I received stiches on that day and had to return later as one of the blood veins started to bleed.
