Pizza hut just taking money off your account

I have placed an order on Sunday for pizza. The money went of my bank account R292.70 and then waited. At 18h30 I phoned they have NEVER RECEIVED the order but yet the money went of my bank account. I phoned this morning and spoke to a "VERY HELPFUL" consultant who told me that I need to wait 5 days for my refund. So what **** is Pizza Hut with busy where you take the money not receive any food and then you must wait 5 days for a refund?
