Pizza Hut - Jean Village - *********** ****s and *******

I am disgusted at the level of service received. We ordered 2x melts and 2x my boxes. 1 of the my boxes came with the incorrect side and I waited a further 10mins for it to be corrected. Get home to find that there melts don't have sauces. Phoned to complain and spoke to Normsa/Thandie number ***from the Jean Avenue branch. She rudely cut the call twice beforehand. When I eventually spoke to her, she he argued that she told us the containers were finished, which she didn't. I would have changed the order if this was the case. Why would I pay full for 1/2 a meal. She expected me to drive back out with my own containers to fetch the missing sauces and I refused (why should this cost me any more than it has already in time and airtime and this request is shameful expecting a customer to go the extra mile for proper service), she then said she will send a driver with sauces which she did not as I waited a further 30 minutes (I live about 5 km from the branch which should not have taken more than 6 minutes in travel) and no one arrived with sauces. I told her to keep the Damn sauces, imaging expecting a customer to wait a further 20 minutes before having the meal and I will be contacting your head office. Her response was "Thank you mam". Is this how you rob your customers or employ ***********, arrogant people with zero etiquette, as the face of your company? Arguing with customers when they know that they are in the wrong! Making excuses and false promises to correct it and pushing the blame on "the driver" when she knows fair and well that she did nothing but frustrate, lie and rob a customer. Why sell a product if you don't have all components? My understanding is that the product should be out of stock.

I am livid! Appalled at the experience and I think that your staff should go on proper training before dealing with customers.

Emailed the complaints and received a case number and that was on 3 February and surprise surprise, still no feedback. Wow!! That will be the last that Jean Village Pizza Hut will ever see me.
