Pizza Hut horrible service

I don't usually complain but I think it might be my hunger talking. Today I received some really... Pathetic service from Pizza Hut. I placed an order at 10:20, the driver phoned me at 11:43 to collect my order as he has arrived. When I got there he said that my order was never packed and that he will need to go back to collect it, he didn't even bring a card machine even though I selected the "Card on Delivery" method when I ordered.

He then went and told me that he will quickly collect my order and the card machine. Fast forward two hours and 15 minutes. I have not heard anything from them. I then phoned and they said they are busy making my order and that it will be delivered shortly.

Fast forward another hour I still did not receive my order. I then phoned again and it was still not ready. I cancelled (Not that I think it mattered) Honestly, horrible service from Pizza Hut, and it is not the first time I've had delivery issues with them.
