Pizza Hut - horrible experience

1st time wanted Pizza Hut pizza and I wet to Pizza Hut garden on 8 Kloof road Cape Town down town, ordered a pizza and as I was waiting cashier kept on looking at me. a couple walked in and ordered as well and I also noticed that they kept on looking at me and I felt uncomfortable and asked the cashier to cancel my order, she called in their manager who also refused to refund me being that uncomfortable I walked out with out my pizza and my change. never buying from they again.
