pizza hut had no pizza no apologies terrible

we tried calling pizzahut weltevreden park at 6pm 06/04/2015, no answer, we drove all the way to the store and stand in que,while in que fone rings non stop no one answers it at all!, then the cashier says she cant take anymore orders she is waiting for manager, next thing owner goes one corner speaks to manager runs away the nmanager tels al customers they not taking no more orders, they don't have stock! thats it no apology nothing , surely theres a more betterway of handling a bad situation, what about answering the fone and saying they cant accommodate us instead we waste our highly priced petrol n go there and still not get food!, the owner could not even smile n tel us in a good and proper way! highly disgusted!
