Pizza Hut FOURWAYS MALL 0% customer service

Hi, I would like to inform you to whom it may concern regarding the customer service I've received not once, twice but thrice from the FOURWAYS MALL branch.

1st - I waited 1h 45min for my order & I reside 5min away from the mall, after many calls for an update, to be told I will be called back but never was.

2nd - I waited 1h30min just to be told its loadshedding (which was not true, as I'm across the road we have the same schedule) & also that there are no drivers to deliver my order and was unable to provide me with an approximate time of delivery, saying "i don't know where he is and how long he will take" I had to collect it myself. Hence defeating the "convenience" by offering a delivery service but never anyone available to deliver.

Today 3rd - My order arrived 2hours later. I ordered at 6pm. It arrived at 8pm, ice cold & the incorrect beverage. Again after numerous calls to be told I'll be called back but never was.

Sadly you have lost a very loyal customer at the FOURWAYS MALL branch, due to the poor customer service, poor etiquette from staff and no willingness to help customers.

I trust the matter will be addressed and feedback will be provided to me.
