Pizza Hut Fordsburg - Service with a Disgrace!

I placed an online order at Fordsburg Branch on 22/08/2019 at 12:28pm. Firstly, the website does NOT give you an option to change the delivery time so needless to say the delivery was for the current time. I IMMEDIATELY called the branch to notify them to deliver only at 5pm as I was at work. The employee on the phone said that it was impossible as the order was already on its way. Take note that this conversation is happening 2 minutes AFTER my order was placed. So I am thinking – is this a magic pizza hut that snaps its fingers and the pizza is ready instantly? As I am explaining to the rude woman on the phone that the order was just placed now and its impossible that it’s on its way, she hung up on me. I have no words to describe the pathetic behaviour and service of the staff. No attempt was made to accommodate my request, and the audacity to hang up on a customer. Not to mention the website has no option for a delivery time? How behind in technology. I will definitely be posting this on social media
