Pizza Hut Florida Rd, Durban: Online Order - undelivered

I had placed an online order around 11:55am for 2 my box meals. I had received an email confirming my order & there was an indication that the order will be delivered by 12.30pm. It is now 14.07pm & I have not yet received my order.

I have been trying to contact the store since 1pm. The number just rings & goes to a busy tone.

This is the 2nd I have experienced this with an online order with Pizza Hut Florida Rd, Durban.
