Incompetence!

I have worked today and tried to order a delivery, just around the corner from your shop. First of all I had to repeat my address 5 x to a person who can battles to understand English and with a noisy background. King street is an easy address to understand. I asked for pasta as on your online menu. No pasta. No option. I asked to speak to the manager and explained that the first staff member could hardly take my order. No comment. So I assume this is standard practice. Then I asked how is it possible to have pasta on the menu but not a single type of pasta in store. That also seems to be standard practice, as it didnt phase him a bit. I asked why advertise, if not an option? Eventually he told be that if I am prepared to wait, the will go buy it at Woolworths, to have available to me. I laughed and said I am no longer interested in buying anything from your shop. I got up, drove and bought myself a warm meal, and came back to write this feedback within 30min in a busy time for buying food. Your service is ridiculous in a area with many competitors and close proximity for delivery. You buy your pasta?!

Then i tried 3 x to log a complaint on their website to no avail.
