Pizza Hut Dainfern will overcharge you by 100s of rands!!! Beware!!!

Beware of Pizza hut and check what they are charging you! I was overcharged at Pizzahut Dainfern Square on the 5/10/2019. They charged me R474.90 instead of R74.90. The cashier then said he couldn't reverse the transaction with the card machine. The manager then said she will call the bank to reverse it. whilst this was happening the cook said he didn't have some ingredients for the pizza I ordered. I then asked them to rather cancel the whole order. I waited 30 mins or more for the manager to call the bank. They then all insisted that it was reversed even though I told them I had no reversal sms. On the 9/10/2019 , the full amount was taken from my account. I called customer care they just give me a case number and then the same *********** manager called me to again say she will call the bank again. then she never called me back. Now the customer care says they can only escalate the matter. and no response from their page either!!!
